NZ On Air produces eleven monthly Kiwi Hit Discs. These are 16-track promotional CDs compiling the most current, broadcast-ready songs from New Zealand music groups or individual artists. Each disc is accompanied by a Fresh NZ Music featurette magazine, which spotlights four artists as well as including relevant New Zealand Airplay Radioscope Chart information. The Kiwi Hit Disc is mailed at the start of each month February through December to every radio station in New Zealand.
